Shipping policy

Order Processing Times 
Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed daily Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3PM EST will process the next business day. Order processing may be delayed during holidays or during high volume sales.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. Holidays).

  • Free USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days): Our standard shipping option is provided free of charge on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). 
    • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are only shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express and paid by the customer.
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): Offered as an option for all customers at checkout. Offered as one of the two choices for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for all expedited shipping charges. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days): Offered as an option for all customers at checkout. Offered as one of the two choices for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for all expedited shipping charges. 

Please be advised that our freight partners may encounter delays during high-demand periods. All shipping times are estimates.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Carriers and Geographic Limitations
All orders ship USPS. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.).       

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 
Soul Smith Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Soul Smith Studio is not responsible for expedited shipping fees or charges for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Lost Packages
If an order has been marked "delivered" by the carrier, but you believe it to be lost or stolen, please email soul.smith.studio.metalart@gmail.com. if it has not been received within 14 days of the ship date within the contiguous US and 21 days for other locales further afar. 

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
