A warm, soft glow of light penetrates the mica leaves offering a pearlescent sheen. Inspired by the mystical glow from the total solar eclipse, April 8, 2024.

The mica was sourced in Spruce Pine in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Black Manganese mineral inclusions create the dendritic (branching) patterns.
